Is parasailing dangerous?
Parasailing is safe with an experienced captain and crew. Your safety is our first priority.
What happens if the rope breaks?
To ensure this never happens, we insist on a detailed maintenance program for all our equipment. In the unlikely event of problems with the boat or with the tow line, the parachute would gently float down and you would land softly in the water.
Is the captain and crew specially trained, experienced and or licensed?
Yes. All of our captains are US Coast Guard licensed, and both captains and crew are specifically trained in all aspects of parasailing, boat handling and flight procedures, most with many years of flight experience.
Do we leave from the boat or the beach?
From the boat. All parasail takeoffs and landings are hydraulically controlled from the back of the boat.
Are reservations needed?
We recommend reservations but they are not required. Reservations go ahead of walk-ups. If you do not have a reservation there may be a wait but we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are a no show your credit card will be charged. If you have to cancel for any reason please do so as soon as possible.
How long does the adventure last?
You will be on the water approximatly 30 minutes. Feet up to Feet down is approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
Do we have to get dipped?
Being dipped is your choice. Just let the captain know your preference before your flight.
How many passengers can go on the boat?
Our boats will accommodate 6 passengers at a time. That includes parasailers and observers.
Can guests come along on the boat ride just to watch?
Observers are welcome on a space available basis only!

How many people can fly?
We currently have pricing for double and triple parasailing adventures; however, a weight limit is observed. We fly ages 3 and up!
How long is the flight?
The flight from feet up to feet down is approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
How high do we fly?
We have 800 foot flights, this means we let out that much line.
Will we get wet?
Yes! You will be taking a water banana out to the parasail boat.
How should we dress?
Most guests wear a bathing suit or beach attire. Anything you don’t mind getting wet.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No. You will be wearing a Coast Guard approved life safety vest the entire trip.
Do you offer a photo package?
Capture your experience with our exclusive photo package! This includes 40-60 digital photos taken from the flight deck with a professional camera by your experienced deckhand. Before you leave the boat you will receive your SD card to take home with you for just $35.
Is parasailing scary?
Parasailing is not scary. Takeoffs and landings are slow and gradual. You wil feel as though you are floating on a cloud.
How old do I have to be to rent a jet ski?
You must be 19 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
How old do I have to be to drive a jet ski?
You must be 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
How old do I have to be to ride the banana boat?
3 years old and older can ride with parents consent. They must be able to hold on to the banana with out assistance from anyone else.
Can I get bitten by a shark?
No one has ever been bitten by a shark while parasailing. You choose whether you would like your feet dipped or not.
Can I parasail if I am pregnant?
For insurance liability reasons and your safety we cannot allow you to parasail or to ride on the boat if you are pregnant.
What if the weather is bad the day/time of my reservation?
Give us a call if you are questioning whether or not we are going out. The captains will decide if the conditions are suitable for parasailing. We do not parasail when there is lightning or in high winds and rough seas. We still parasail when it’s overcast/cloudy and in light, passing rain. If we know before your reservation that we are not operating we will give you a call.

Is it customary to tip the crew?
Tips are not required but are appreciated. Our crew is dedicated to ensuring you enjoy a fun and memorable adventure.
